“I highly recommend this Dentist location, especially if you have dental anxiety. The main dentist and dental assistant are extremely professional, friendly and understood my anxiety. For my 2nd visit I had a tooth extraction where they explained and provided a sedation option which ended up being a life saver. I have more work to do with my teeth but I know I’ll come back to this location because I feel comfortable here.”

“I had booked an appointment to get a check up and cleaning done 3 weeks prior to my appointment. When i arrived the front lady told me my insurance would be covering it all today. At the end of the services the lady had told me there was an amount left to pay. I was confused because when i arrived the lady had told me insurance was covering it. I had never paid anything in any of my prior visits at different dentist offices. The lady tried to argue with me telling me it was my insurance limit instead of telling me there office charges higher than the dental fee guide. This was the reason why i had an amount to pay at the end. The staff that worked on me did an amazing job and i was happy with the services however i would not return due to this dental office charging higher than the recommended dental guide. The way it was communicated to me could have been more honest and upfront when i arrived for my appointment”

“I recently went here for both a checkup and wisdom teeth extraction and hands down this is probably one of the best dental clinics in Red Deer! The ladies at the front desk made sure that all my forms were correct and extremely helpful when it came to booking they were more than patient when I had to check my availability. The dental assistants (especially Natalie) are very kind and knowledgeable to make sure the check up went smoothly and Dr. Mah was excellent when it came to my wisdom teeth extraction and took his time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed during this. At first, I was nervous as I hadn’t been to a dentist in about seven years but they reassured me that they will take the best care of me and they were right! Can’t wait till my next appointment!”

“I used to attend this clinic until my doctor moved to a different clinic which I also switched to. However, my doctor has gone on a lengthy sabbatical and the clinic he went to has closed and I have been unable to find a new doctor. I received a message from Callingwood Crossing a few weeks ago that they recently received some bloodwork I had done from the lab which they wanted to review with me and also mentioned in the message that I may be able to get a family doctor there. I returned their call 4 times over the last 2 weeks and was only able to leave voicemail messages each time asking them to return my call. So far I haven’t received a call back even though their voice mail recording says they will return my call within 24 hours. I get they are busy but I am not impressed.”

“Keep looking elsewhere if I were you. We had a consult, overcrowding of teethe. They would pull out adult teeth to make their work easier and faster while charging more than other places. However, if you like being treated as a profit center instead of getting the comprehensive treatment you actually need and deserve, then by all means….found a place elsewhere that did not pull out adult teeth and lined up teeth with a great bracing system. At much less cost.”
