“I LOVE KC Family Dental. Look no further, this is the place for dental care. Not only is their office immaculate, the staff are all so pleasant and welcoming. Miranda, the dental hygienist, is fun, personable and professional. She also has a great memory and remembers details of your conversations from the previous visits. Not to mention, does an excellent teeth cleaning and has great recommendations for dental care. Dr. Brent is amazing. She is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and is very reasonable with her treatment plans. My husband and I both receive dental care here and highly recommend.”

“I had braces here overall experience was ok. During the first months of my visits every experience with the reception staff was awful. Extremely unfriendly, unaccommodating and clearly didn’t want to be there. There are definitely some new ones so they’re making changes and improving there. At the end of my treatment I still have a visible gap, one of my teeth was pointing backwards and they didn’t event notice I had to point it out so they could adjust my retainer. Because they filed my teeth now one is longer due to the misadjustment they didn’t see. When my retainer broke they couldn’t just send a replacement, asked me if I had my molds still (why would a patient have those). Because I don’t they want me to come in for a new mold, what if my teeth already shifted? Seems like a broken process. Overall yes my teeth are better but this practice is not detail oriented and overall patient engagement mediocre at best.”

“Ms. Stephanie at Safari Smile was so amazing with my son, James! Usually he’s very shy, timid, and nervous at the dentist but Ms. Stephanie was engaging and made the whole visit super fun. James was nothing but smiles the whole time and ended the visit with telling Ms. Stephanie “I like you!”. As a parent it was a huge relief and less stressful knowing my son was was enjoying himself and not screaming and crying like he’s done during previous visits. We hope to see Ms. Stephanie again!”
