“Fantastic office, tip to tail. Everyone is over the top friendly and welcoming, and every experience is a great one. Dr. Khan is one-of-a-kind and treats her patients like an extension of her family. She is warm, gentle, professional, and always has the client's best interest in mind. Even though not every procedure is painless, she endeavors to maintain comfort as her top priority. Cannot say enough great things about this place. Dare I say I actually *enjoy* going to the dentist, now!?”

“My partner had an appointment scheduled here for weeks. 3 days prior to her appointment they called her to tell her that her insurance is inactive. It’s a group plan through an employer, so this is odd. My partner contacted the insurance provider, who confirmed her policy’s active status. She then followed up with the Alderwood optical. They told her they couldn’t find it, argued that it was inactive, and it would be $161 for her appointment. She cancelled, and had an appointment out of network within 24hrs. Worth it to pay the cost, which was half the quote from Alderwood, and be done with the headache. Rude and organized, what a mess. Do better.”
