“Who doesn't like a Steiff store? This is a very quaint store, selling the best stuffed animals you are likely to see in your life. I've been buying Steiff whenever I'm in Europe for the last 15 years, and this particular store doesn't disappoint. You will find very attentive staff, an easily accessible location, and a great range. There is also a little seating setup outside of the store for tired feet whilst Steiff fans shop inside.”

“Terrible attendance, the worst that I ever had in this country... Small-talking employees watching customers. At one point, the employee asked me if everything was okay. And I said no, because I was looking for Asics sneakers. He told me to go next to him and he chuckled and left. I imagined he was going to look for the sneakers. It took a few minutes, and in that time I started seeing other sneakers. After a few minutes, another employee (who had seen the first situation) asked if I needed help. And I said yes, because I was looking for sneakers from a certain brand. He pointed out the place, and I took some to try on. However, when I was about to try them on, the employees asked me if I was going to try on all the sneakers and they mocked me. Apparently I don't know how the store works: the employees don't serve well and customers can't freely choose the product either.”
