I was so shocked at how nice we were treated because nowadays you just don’t get this kind, sweet, caring service since covid anymore. “This store, in my opinion, is one of the top Penn State stores in downtown and here is why. It has the largest name brand “Penn State” clothing lines that include Nike, Under Armor and LuLu Lemon. The prices are not as discounted for the name brands but they are official items that are hard to find anywhere else. They also have unique items for sale here that include a rotating Penn State bar sign light and really nice corn hole sets. If you are looking for quality Penn State items this is the place.”

Last night they said the curtain rods and toilet paper were out of stock. Both were in stock when I walked back to look for a replacement for the two items. Brought it to the attention of the manager Austin and he pretty much had the attitude oh well mistakes happen. Had to wait for a refund for the order that was placed online then go and get the items and go to a register to cash out to get the gift card promotion. The cashier never gave me the gift card for the promotion. Called the store and once again Austin said you have to bring your receipt in to verify you earned the card. Well, he knew I had enough for the promotion based on the order that was placed online. Had to run back today to pick up the gift card of $15. Not even sorry for the mistake at the front desk.”
