“I have been a customer of Regional Supply for many, many years. I remember helping the owner, Dave Fisher, setting up their first website. That was a long time ago, when they were located at 300 W. I was pleased when they moved to their new location, which looks great. Nice waiting area. Free wifi to keep working or checking emails while waiting. Their commitment to quality service and availability of their products has always been excellent. I appreciate the free delivery (only for orders $100 or more) but it would be nice if they can lower to $50. I have to add that I am very pleased to shop with such great people. Great customer service. Always nice people, always in a good mood. Their online ordering system is not that user friendly but other than that, this is a great company to do business with.”

“I found a sweatshirt that I loved, and it was perfect for the project I was doing. When I got to the cash register I told the employee that the sweatshirt didn’t have a tag on it. I assumed she would just price check it or just estimate what it would be. She said that the store has a new policy where if something doesn’t have a tag that they couldn’t sell it and it had to be moved to the back to go through the process again. I mean seriously?? I understand that it is to prevent tag popping but I wasn’t stealing, it just didn’t have a tag on it! And I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just ran to the back and checked it if it was going to be a big deal. She was extremely rude about it, and even had the audacity to say I should just go back and find something else, as if this isn’t a thrift store and everything isn’t one of a kind! This new policy is terrible customer service.”

“I never have a bad experience coming here! The guys are always fun to talk to, the selections of meat are always tops, and the prices are simply unbelievable! Better pricing than every grocery store in the area, the meat is always better quality (none of the stringy, chewy, sinewy meats that you’d get from grocery stores). Their house-made marinades are the BOMB! Chicken, beef, pork, doesn’t matter; they’re all insanely tasty! I’m a regular customer for a reason! 👌🏻👌🏻”

I walked around looking for children's boots and there were none but not one of the employees cared enough to ask if they could help me. I cannot stand terrible customer service- I will not return.”
