I visited their physical store with the intention of buying individual strings for my electric guitar AND try out bass amplifiers for a future purchase. Not only did they have a decent variety of string sets and individual strings, but they also let me try out several bass amplifiers, gave me recommendations on which one to buy and even let me borrow a pick while I played my bass at the store. They did not hesitate to help me out and offered a kind and friendly service to me while shopping. Great service, would recommend shopping here.”

“Well, I have bought on several occasions with the following details, they are messy to attend to, they get complicated on their own when the numbers pass and they serve behind schedules, the service is not the best either, as advice check the expiration dates, many products expire very quickly as happened to me with a product that expired in 5 days and had mold. The prices are not cheap either.”
