A brand takes years for gaining trust and respect from customers, and it’s easily destroyed due the terrible performance of those who should defend it. A staff that I just can refer as unprepared and unprofessional, incapable of representing a company and its business. The disrespect, disregard, and contempt with a customer is something that I have never seen on my trips around the world. I’d never expect to witness that in Germany. If you value your time, your money, and yourself, make sure you’ll never step in this shop.”

Recently, I purchased a sofa from them, only to discover it was damaged a few days after delivery. When I reached out to the company after two months via email and phone calls, they initially refused a return and instead offered a 100 Euro bonus for future purchases. Persistently communicating my concerns through emails finally led to an acceptance of the return. To my surprise, they insisted that I personally open the damaged sofa upon its return, an unexpected and inconvenient demand. Furthermore, a scheduled repair appointment was not honored, requiring numerous follow-up calls before the issue was addressed. This entire process has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with Maisons Dortmund. From the damaged product to the challenges in communication and service, it was a frustrating experience. I advise others to think twice before making a purchase from Maisons Dortmund and hope that my account contributes to improvements in their customer service and overall practices. "Given the numerous challenges I faced with Maisons Dortmund, I strongly caution others against choosing this brand for their purchases.
