“Ordered some items online for pickup at Globus Baumarkt. Rang the bell at the outside pick-up service. Not just once but a few times. Staff looking, but totally ignoring the point that somebody was at the gate to pick something up. Finally I called out to the young woman in the yard whether somebody was going to see to me. I couldn't hear what she said. But finally a young lad, who is doing his Praktikum there, came out to see me. I have never had this bad customer service in any of the other Globus Baumarkt shops.”

“I ordered a schrank online from this shop, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. Firstly, there were multiple delays in the delivery of my order, stretching over a period of two months. It seemed like a deliberate tactic to prevent me from canceling the order. Furthermore, despite opting for a more expensive delivery option that included in-house delivery, the delivery personnel refused to bring the items inside my house. Frustrated by this, I decided to change the delivery to DHL 2-man delivery. Surprisingly, this second option was actually cheaper, but I did not receive any refund or compensation for the price difference. Not only did they deliver the schrank two months later instead of the promised one-week timeframe, but they also gained some money by changing the delivery option without providing any reimbursement. Moreover, when I discovered that the schrank was damaged, they had the audacity to charge me for the delivery of the spare parts. This lack of responsibility for their mistakes and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disappointing. Throughout my interactions with their customer service via email, I received nonsensical responses that failed to address my concerns or offer any satisfactory solutions. In light of these experiences, I cannot recommend this online shop as it lacks trustworthiness and fails to provide satisfactory customer service. I hope that sharing my honest feedback will help others make informed decisions when considering this shop.”
