“Been using them for years. Ordered a custom front door and paid extra to have it prefinished in white. Total cost was almost $2k. The door was a noticeably different shade from the brick molding, and there were large screw holes in the pvc molding. If I had known the colors would not matched I wouldn’t not have paid to have it prefinished. I spoke with customer service and they did not acknowledge that it was an issue or offer any kind of restitution. I was disappointed and would not order from them again.”

“Haven't been at this particular location in awhile, and figured I'd stop in for a few items. I was very surprised to see the store in such a disarray. Clothes were all over the floor, empty shelves, and displays were a mess. I came at a very busy time on a Friday night, so I assume there just weren't enough workers to get to these sections. I blame the customers for the way this store looks, honestly. Some customers are very disrespectful and leave items everywhere when they decide they no longer want them, as evidenced by a minor in the boys section punching a mannequin while his distracted mother was talking on her cell phone. The last 3 times I ordered a pick up with drive up orders, either they were 20 minutes too slow, or the order was incorrect. Such as misplacing ear buds. Luckily there is a girl who works in guest services that reimbursed me for it promptly. A+ service for some of these employees.”

There was a super nice worker named Kamryn back by the lawn and garden area. We was completely lost in the store and had no idea to where to even start looking for said item. I asked Kamryn would he help us look for our item and he didn't even hesitate to help, even though he was busy doing something else. We gave him the item number and he looked it on a handheld device.Not only did he look it up for us but walked us right to it. It saved us some much time and effort. Do to the nature of the products there have been a couple items we returned because it was missing a part or wasn't working.
