“I’ve gotten things repaired there a couple times, they’re pretty reliable with home consoles but DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH HANDHELDS! My 2ds came back with a crooked screen and what i’m pretty sure are some loose internals, based on the sound+feel when it’s shaken. I did have a warranty, but the hour round trip hardly seemed worth it, given that the second repair would likely be equally as lackluster.”

“I don't know if this guy named Brad still works here but he was the most helpful customer service person I have ever encountered, in any store. Years later, my husband still reminds me how wonderful this guy named Brad from Canadian Tire is... He may start with showing you which isle to get the door handle, then how to install a door handle, but for this guy, I'll build the house too, and buy everything here. There have been staff who call him at home on his day off to ask questions for customers and he cheerfully answers. Amazing!”

“Wow! That was quick! I have been looking for a fridge for a few weeks, as mine is on the fritz. I originally went to a different store in town, but their price was $200+ more than the Bricks. The Brick didn't have my exact fridge in stock, but they made it easy to order it, gave me free delivery and offered an excellent payment plan over 36 months with no interest! All of this in less then 15 minutes. Definitely will shop again, great job guys!”

“London Drugs is somewhat hard to describe. It has a little of everything including pharmaceuticals, food items, small kitchen appliances, planter pots to electronics and photo finishing. I recently purchased a camera and lens from them and they priced matched a competitors deal. I also had them print a large museum grade photograph. It looked superb, there was a scratch on the print. They reprinted it free of charge without hesitation. Although the look of the store is somewhat dated, I really enjoy shopping there.”

“Was just here September, 7 2023, went in looking for a few different types of shoes. Didn't get a hello nothing As i walked in 🫤. The store was empty, just me, and the staff🫡,I Was walking up and down looking for this one shoe type couldn't find it, and differently wasn't asked if i needed help, and didn't want to interrupt the staff conversation , so i just left🤷♀️ went to the mall and got all my shoes 😁 maybe next when your not so busy 🤣”
