“Not normally one to complain about a retail store but wow. Placed an order for pick up, super easy, it was ready super quick, and all was well until I got there. Upon arrival, I checked in and the guy brought out my stuff. I said “hi, how are you” when he approached - he didn’t even look at me or respond. I thought, no big deal. He then threw my groceries in and I was honestly too taken back to say anything. When he was done, I said “thank you have a great day.” And again, he didn’t even look at or acknowledge me. I get it we all have bad days, but if I did that at work, I’d be written up or fired.”

“USA Liberty Arms is hands down, the best firearms store I have ever visited. Aside from having an incredible selection of firearms, knives, safes, gear and ammo, they have THE BEST staff! Max, Cam, Ben and I apologize to the others whose names I can’t remember right now, are all friendly and beyond knowledgeable on every single product they have in the store. They also have amazing sales skills or I have a lack of impulse control… maybe a combination of both (see picture). With the volatility of the firearms market, it’s important to note that the prices on everything in the store were very fair. Not a single product I’ve bought was price gouged including ammo. If you’re in the Fort Collins area, I’d highly recommend stopping in USA Liberty Arms for any hunting, self defense or sport shooting needs. Even if you don’t buy anything, the conversations you’ll have are well worth the visit. They’re also dog friendly and my dog loved all of the attention from the staff and customers from a great community of 2A enthusiasts.”

“Wow, has Target changed since I first went there - years ago. Huge selection. They now have WINE!!! Great prices. I walked there from Jeep because I had an hour to kill while my oil was changed. After walking only about 1/3 of the store I had a full cart and an hour had passed. Check out experience was absolutely a snap. Suzanne was helpful and accommodating while I walked next door to pick up my Jeep and then drive back to pick up my purchases. Will definitely return for grocery staples and toiletries/essentials.”

As an hvac contractor they are my go to. Jeff behind the counter has got to be the sharpest counter guy I've ever dealt with in a decade in the hvac business. 11/10 they're setting the standard for hvac supply houses in the US.”

“This place is a complete dump it perhaps the dirtiest and messiest store in flatirons. Clothes all over the floor giant dust gobs, debris, and let not forget the snobby staff those girls like theirs nothing wrong and your wrong. Comforted the "visual manager" which wasn't any better and blames it on short staff. But yet they seem to care what the front of the store looks like from the mall entrance.”

“I was happy to find the last camco sewer cap for our trailer. We were sent there by the mesa verdi camp people. The place was void of employees. I walked around quite a while and finally asked a cashier who looked up rv supplies on isle 12. Was delighted to find the replacement part I needed. I suppose it is difficult to find anybody to work anymore. So just wanted to thank the cashier who took time to help me out. Lack of floor assistance is also a factor at tractor supply in our town.”
