“We bought 2 speakers on Nov 25th and we asked for the installation appointment and time to pick up. As per the picture attached it was Dec23 at 11 am! We specifically asked how long it will take for the installation and explained we would leave for the Holidays with the speakers on as a Christmas present! They said it will take just an hour. Today we brought the car in at 11 am straight and they said to pick up at 1.00 pm. We were surprised but understanding the Christmas busy period didn’t complain at all. At 1.15 pm they didn’t call yet, I called to inquire and guess what? The INSTALLATION WAS NOT EVEN STARTED!! Do you guys have any idea of customer care, listening and empathy? Do you ever thought a family could have just 1 car and needed to reach a place far away being the holiday season? After my complain the started the installation and took them 20 minutes to accomplish the job so if you would listen and have more care for your customer needs, you would avoid complains and bad review. Definitely something your owner should work on your training!”

“Discount brand name retail store. Defects often present in clothes which can be returned or exchanged, seems like a lot of B grade product makes it through to winners. Shoe selection, house wears, small food section, fragrances, etc. Tags do not come off easily, which staff brought up years ago, as well as customers; staff were told it would be addressed however management has failed. Difficulty removing tags deters customers from gifting. Winners management would benefit from adopting a customer focused view in this respect; companies that do this consistently improve revenue.”

“Hi there! Parts and service. Your customer service gentleman Dale and my mechanic went above and beyond any expectations or experiences I have had in the past. My car was in November 29. While I waited in the service lounge I had several chats with Dale about things that should be checked out. And I'm glad i waited. He explained what was not functioning properly and why. What should or could be repaired. And my mechanic worked strait thru his coffee and lunch so i wouldnt have to wait as long. I left the lot feeling safe and knowledgeable about the repairs that were done. So in closing i would like the manager to please acknowledge these 2 members of your staff. They are awesome!”

“I ordered the Wakefield vanity set in white online for my daughter. Within a week one of the stool legs snapped off with her sitting on it (she’s 110 pounds). I called my local store and the only solution they could give me is to return the whole set, which was a pain to put together by the way. The drawer doesn’t sit flush either. All I wanted was the one leg of the stool to replace but the lady I spoke to was not very helpful and wouldn’t work with me for another option. Don’t waste your money on this product or their customer service!”

If your looking for gender reveal items they were pretty low but said they had an order coming in.”

“I purchased a black clutch body purse on Black Friday , and I have never been so disappointed with the material and the customer service Coach has given me. During the purchase, I didn’t inspect the bag properly because I was focused on my baby whom I was feeding and my 5yr old however I purchased the item telling them I will leave with the bag and they removed the tag, because I was excited for my new purse. Went to the food court to put all my cards in my new bag and went home. Went home to show off my bag, and noticed that the leather on top of my purse was already coming off. I called Coach outlet right away and had a gentleman tell me that I can bring it in and see if they can fix it and if not give me a refund. I said not an exchange cause I like the bag, but it’s ok, I’ll just repurchase the bag. And we both decided I come on Sunday. Sunday came around, and I explained to the manager, Tracy, regarding the purchase and how the material is already falling apart, she turned down the gentleman’s proposal and since I didn’t get the name of the person, she said she will not authorize my return nor will do anything about the leather. So moral of the story, I purchase my bags from MK or even Kate Spade, and their material leather is not as cheap as Coach bags are. Yes, they are cheap as a brand and you are paying what you get for. Just saying.”
