“Just loveeee the decor of this place. It's my 3rd time here & I gotta say this is my favorite one so far. It's huge & very nicely decorated! Very clean too. They even have single restrooms for customers, loved that ! Obviously it's a high end place but the products are just fabulous. I couldn't hold myself so treat myself with something special! This is my birthday month so I gotta take care of my wishes ! I feel like I was just walking around every floor & enjoying the decor , rather then shopping lol..! I will definitely come back with lots of time on my hands.”

“Buyer beware!!! Any of the jerseys on the wall are considered "custom" even if they are totally standard Yankees jerseys with current players. If you try to return a jersey they will say they have a no-return policy on any of the custom jerseys. This policy is not posted anywhere clearly to be seen by customers. I had to pitch a fit to get my money back after realizing you can get mostly everything at least 30% cheaper elsewhere or online!”

“Good service and long line already in B the morning. We love the dog bag they sell here. The bags are expensive but it’s definitely better quality than any thing out there. Service is quick on early hours. They gave us the wrong color first time but no problem bring back to change.”

“They would appear to be very helpful when you are in store. Good luck on getting any customer support from the store or online if anything happens to your purchase. I purchased a bag and they shipped it via UPS free shipping. Later on, UPS charged me $7.99 holding fee. I contacted the store and online support, no one would help me, they said I should contact UPS. Well, your shipping service should cover this so the UPS wouldn't charge me for holding the package for me! I will never buy from Coach again. So many brands, why should I choose you!”

“Target closed its store uptown "due to crime" even though the statistics didn't support it. I have come to this location multiple times when I visit family in the area. Every single time I have stopped by, the guard by the entrance is on his phone. Perhaps Target should revisit it's stance that it has employed every method to prevent crime.”

They provided us champagne, water, found us a pair of earrings we described, not to mention great conversation. The store was packed due to the holiday, and we did not feel rushed at all. Whitney represents Chanel very well.”

“I have a complaint about an employee, and I'm trying on a coat, a long one and a short one, and I'm struggling... That employee came over from time to time and whispered to her once or twice at the same time, which made me feel uncomfortable when I was shopping inside. When I arrived at the reception desk, I whispered something to another colleague again, which was very poor in quality and politeness. I didn't like this situation, which made me feel very strongly that I was misunderstood and stole clothes. Then I went to another cash register to change the clothes I want, and the old black who handed her insisted that I go to her side of the payment, saw I have a shopping list and said, oh she has receipt, very lost and walked away, see she is very lost and walked away, confirmed my guess, at the beginning of the woman in the whisper of what, Such a person with no quality can actually work in there. It's too bad”

“Great shopping at a good price. Very beautiful and high-quality clothing. When the sale of famous designers have to stand in line for 2-3 hours. Inside you need to take off your clothes and hand over the bag. You can bring only wallet and phone with you. Taking pictures inside the store is prohibited. There are fitting rooms but no toilet. This can be a problem if you stood in line for a couple of hours and drank a few cups of coffee. Sometimes people in the line are given numbers, so you can’t leave for a long time.”
