“Went over 2 weeks ago to order some suits for graduation, got home and put them on, mine did not even have the adjustments done :) and the back vent for my dads was not even stitched together. The journey takes 2 hours, the manager said to come back tomorrow and was sorry, it's too late to go elsewhere so i can only hope it gets done before i graduate. Update The lady at the till was very nice and we fixed the problems in 20 minutes, and they also gave me back 10% of the cost as an apology.”

“Decided to go instore after having bad experiences with online shopping for several months, lack of choice, products not in stock, loads of unsuitable substitutes & snotty, threatening emails due to returning items that was either damaged or not suitable. By the way Asda I can do this legally under the long distance selling act!!!!! Well I was shocked, what a dump! The shop looks like it needs a good clean & sorting out. The shelves & the floors were a mess. Then when I went to go to the check outs, well thats a joke. 3 or 4 checkouts & the rest self serve??? What on earth is going on??? The only good bit of my shopping experience was that of the cashier. She was lovely, polite & very helpful. Just a shame she works here. Time to go to Tesco or Sainsburys I think”

“Highly recommended! The store was busy when I attended for my eye test but no waiting . Everything was explained to me, offering me a service where I felt cared for and listened to. I chose new glasses for reading and distance. Two suited me but the other didn't fit my face/ nose. No issues as Husna went and chose me another pair with nose pads. Nothing was too much trouble, service with a smile. Same service on the collection of my glasses today. Husna check the glasses, tweeked two pairs to be perfect for me!
