Every single cashier is rude I haven't met a single polite cashier at this particular Aldi's. Pretty much like in Germany, the cashier's are always in a rush, they throw things, they don't answer questions. Hire better people!”

“I really like this location but the self-checkout needs to either be self-checkout or bring the registers (and cashiers) back. There’s no reason for 2/3 of the self checkouts to be closed and the line to be 5 deep at 8am because they’re “short staffed”.”

“It's nice to know that Target will hire managers who stand in front on their smoke breaks and when they see a customer rushing to get in inside 5 minutes before the store is supposed to close to pickup an emergency item, will hastily put their cigarette out to get in the store before you and lock the doors. That was completely rude af and I could not believe I was watching her do that in my face. I have never had a store do that. I was always told as long as you were inside the store before closing you were fine. I had to get one thing but thanks to her rudeness I was denied. Classy.”

“This is a nice establishment with a plethora of clothing and shoe options. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service…the only friendly person was the cashier. I saw two employees on the floor that NEVER initiated a spoken word. I wanted a pair of shoes that were on the wall but had no idea where the other shoes were located…since no one asked if I needed help… I had to ask for help. I asked the young lady where I could find the shoe on the wall among the inventory. The young lady did not say anything … she walked off… so I assumed I was supposed to follow her… the young lady pointed to the shoe I was looking for and walked off again. It would have been nice if she would have asked what size shoe I needed….SAY SOMETHING! The employees that worked the floor on May 6, 2023 are in need of some intensive customer service training!!!!!”
