“Roys is a hidden gem. While most would think it's for the oldies. It is, and if you are willing to be patient while they bump into you or randomly stop in aisles then you could find some great stuff. They have a great selection of garening and outdoor items at reasonable prices. They have a lovely shoe section with some decent wellies. There clothes section is absoulety for the oldies. Also there is a cafe, I don't try it but didn't look appealing.”

“Love Aldiss, its how shops should be. Quality furniture and reasonable prices. Plus household goods, from curtains & carpets, to dinner sets to teaspoons. There's also a lovely little cafe where the ladies are so welcoming. All the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. A joy to shop there.”

“I phoned up the Norwich store yesterday and asked what they had in store and stock was happy with what thay told me so arived at store and asked a member of staff what I was looking for then gave me more than one option and he explained everything to me and asked what is was used for I explained and this was my best option very happy from start to finish”

“Well firstly my partner would say nothing went right with his recent order from your Kings Lynn branch. After purchasing a leather arm chair in August this year, to match his 2 seater sofa also bought from you, which cost him over £700, he had to wait almost 10wks for it to be manufactured & delivered, even though in person we were both told between 7-8weeks! So we were NOT happy about that! Furthermore when it finally arrived the wooden feet on it were the wrong colour and didn't not match the same sofa he already had & previously from your shop! Again he was told it would take a further 10 weeks to reorder and receive the correct feet for this arm chair. After making a complaint about the delays and all the inconveniences etc, he was offered a £75 refund which it now seems he has to wait months for (probably another 10 weeks😡)! This is hideous and we are NOT happy that you take his money then have him waiting nearly 3months for one single arm chair, which didn't even arrive on time as per the orginal order🤨. Your customer service is very POOR and my partner will NOT be buying any further furniture from your department! And oh, he was told he couldn't have his refund until he had his arm chair delivered and balance paid for which he did on the day of delivery but still hasnt been refunded when it was purchased back in August!!!!🙄 Consumers beware if you decide to use this company, as you might be kept waiting for a VERY long time to receive your goods in all areas!!!!!”

“Store as a whole good with good selection. However prices are often wrong, product often not in correct place, website often says products in stock but many time not out in the store, self service staff 9 times out of 10 are useless as most are standing around chatting to other staff instead of listening to tills that need assistance(the younger staff on self service however do bother to do their job and are often very helpful and quick), floor staff often pushing past customers, stock rotation for dates doesn't see to exist, spillages I've seen are often not cleaned and instead just have wet floor sign, shelves are never faced neatly.”
