“This place is just horrible employees are clues less on prices or floor models no employee here can help you or even make an effort to help they wanted to sale me this hi hat stand for 135 mind this is used then I tell the guy so if used is 135 why this is new and is 119 couldn’t answer he looked so dumb then I tell him give me a new one supposedly he look for one and guess he came back 10 mins later oh yeah we don’t have it Just horrible customer service and even help management needs to pay attention to all the employees they seem to talk more in between them than actually helping customers just disappointed”

As it is around the holidays, everyone had more items in their carts, so the wait in line was a bit longer than usual - but Jacob thanked everyone for their patience, asked about holiday plans, and made small talk. This made the wait pleasant and nobody minded! Great job!”

“For the past 3 years. I've come to this location at least 2-3 times a week. I love this place. It's so convenient for me to go here since it's on my way home from work. Since the one by my home is a little out of the way. Earlier this afternoon I had my first issue. I was accused of cutting in line while using the self-checkout. I was about to pay and i hear an Older female employee talking while walking up to me and says "next time you use the self-checkout lane you need to wait in line like everyone else." Then proceeds to point at the empty area where line would've been. I was very confused and I said to her "Huh??? I did wait in line. I was waiting in line for 5 minutes. There was a lady in front of me and someone else waiting in line behind me. I come here all the time and only use the self-checkout line so I know where the line is." Then she says "oh someone said you just walked up to the register." Me not wanting to cause a scene because this isn't Walmart. I just stayed quiet and now I'm regretting that I did. I finished my purchase and left feeling very embarrassed. I really don't know what I did wrong. I'm hoping there was no malicious intent by that person that accused of me cutting in line. I tried calling a supervisor or manager to report my incident/concern but that was a waste of time and was not able to get through anyone.”

“The variety of football cleats was minimal and they lacked everything in stock. The person assisting me did not seem interested and did not provide any other options when my size was not available in Nikes. He genuinely seemed in a hurry to get out of the store. I was keen on visiting this store since it has a nice faux grass section where I could have tried the cleats on but was highly disappointed by the service and lack of stock in the shop.”
