This was also after the clerk in the order Department checked the order also. Update Got ahold of a manager. They were quite friendly and refunded all the missing items. The only reason I'm not giving it more stars is because I was on a job site, and it screwed up my work for the day. = income.”

“Target is no longer a viable retailer option for me. 6 weeks ago I stood in front of an employee waiting to buy batteries in the electronics dept while patiently waiting while they helped someone on the phone who ironically wasn’t trying to buy anything. It took me 40 minutes to buy batteries at Target. Recently I tried calling to see if a product I wanted was in stock. The website said it was. No one ever answered the phone to confirm. I purchased the item online for in store pick up to find out 2 hours they didn’t have it. I switched pick up to Blaine. That took 3 hours to confirm. I’m not spending another penny on a company that can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and talk to people that want to spend money with them. Yeah. I’m done. I don’t care if they’re a local company.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Kohls store in Plymouth MN. Staff asked if they could help me with getting my online pickup order as I am sure I looked like I did not know what to do, which was true. They were all so kind and helpful. My breakables were wrapped well and they were so helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Manager acknowledged and thanked her staff which was refreshing as you do not see that much these days where ever you go. Hope you get a chance to visit this store”

“Most items are locked in cases(toothpaste, deodorant, underwear,detergent…) and requiring an employee to unlock. It is very difficult to get assistance and shopping here takes magnitudes longer than at any other store along with creating a very unpleasant shopping experience. My assumption is that corporate management of Target no longer wants to operate this store and would prefer it to close. This approach has largely impacted my opinion of Target as a whole and decreased the likelihood that I would ever shop at any Target store in the future.”

“I used to go here all the time, but often found that whatever I needed was locked up and I had to wait as long as 20 minutes (!) for someone to come and unlock it for me. I do not believe Target that this neighborhood is particularly susceptible to theft, and I’ve found I can easily get what I need from Cub across the parking lot. Including laundry detergent, paper towels, other cleaning supplies, and groceries of course. Highly recommend Cub! It’s union too.”

“They have a wide selection if you wear upto size 11 or 12, and a smaller selection of 1r. But if you need 14 or bigger, they don't currently carry them (Clerk said they are working to expand into larger) Store was clean and staff was polite. The size limit isn't a slam, just FYI for anyone looking for larger sizes.”

“I will continue to shop online, crate and barrel products, top notch, 👌. However, This is the second time I find myself here writing a sour review about the store associates at the galleria. I thought the initial bad experience was maybe a fluke. But, Every single time I shop in store I leave feeling annoyed with the overall experience. The gals working at the counter are always so blatantly rude! For example: Today I entered the store to to an order pick up. I explained to the associate that I had TWO different orders, and that I needed to cancel an item off of one of the orders. The associate continued to complain about how they have “too many login passwords” and seemed annoyed with the situation. She asked for help from another associate who called the back, and before confirming with me or communicating at all, went back to grab my order. When she arrived back and I told her she didn’t grab my other order (because she didn’t ask if I needed anything else) she rolled her eyes as I reminded her about the other order and continued to tell the other associate “that would have been nice to know”. I will continue to avoid having to deal with these types of people and shop online with a click of a button, wine or coffee in hand 🍷”

“I visited the Target. I had one remaining Christmas present to purchase. Here it was! While shopping, it was evident that the store was exceptionally clean, neat, and well merchandised. Many registers were open, so the checkout experience was great. Items were easy to find because they were intelligently grouped. The best thing about the visit was the cashier named Summer. Keeping in mind this was a very hectic and demanding day for retail associates, Summer was warm, friendly, and professional. I complemented her and she thanked me for the positive feedback. If I owned my own business, I would hire her in a second. Great job... Target has just gained a repeat customer. By the way, all of the sale items were well-stocked!”
