“Visited here recently and found the store well stocked and clean with only a few of those big trolley things staff use to move stock around abandoned and blocking isles. Upon leaving I went looking for a staffed checkout, there were none. There was instead a salty member of staff who twice snapped at me while pointing to an available "do it yourself" checkout machine. Won't be returning to this store.”

“Terrible customer service, My TV failed within 12months and I asked for a replacement which the manager refused and opted for a repair instead(despite the accc stating they may replace) then I asked about the lead time for the repair and they couldn't give me a time at all, fast forward nearly 2 weeks and I don't have a TV and I find out they have only just put in the repair to samsung(dated as of today), was going to purchase a few things there for Christmas but will avoid them going forward.....very disappointed.”

“I really like how target is set out so U can see or keep an eye on the whole store from a security perspective . As in racks are shoulder height everyone is visible . What I don't like is no matter what U will still be accused of stealing because of the shoes U wear , ASICS are not tns I don't dress as a lad and I'm always pushing a trolley with at least 1 child in it yet everytime I enter a target with my little family we are subject to investigation.. Ive raised concern to this particular stores manager and I was politely moved on after the store cashier was the one that made a scene about receipts from another shop , being a child's drink yet the drink stand that we had been accused of taking from was completely full not a drink taken out of it, coincidently this was bliss .. if I wanted to steal from target the little guy at the counter would not be the one to stop me and it would not be a kids drink . Unfortunetly I now refuse to go to Target ..”

The Woolworths shoppers for online delivery don't listen to instructions.. my child is allergic to egg, peanuts and dairy... I specifically asked for allergy substitute and the shopper brang banana porridge with milk in it... Woolworths please fix the issues.”

“It is terribly disappointing experience shopping from Amart. Even one start is too much for Amart. I ordered 18 items 30/04/2022. $ 8,250 for 18 damaged items. They delivered to me 06/09/2022. All damaged, poor quality, even broken and fixed without informing me. It is a lie to customer. It is a shame. Customer service process annoying. Wasting my times with heaps of questions calls, repeated calls from different people, different solutions, terrible customer service. After all arrangements, the North lakes store said we have no approval, however customer service said just go to store and have your discount in your cart. Never get back to you and I'll follow my case with Government and social medias.”
