“Not normally one to complain about a retail store but wow. Placed an order for pick up, super easy, it was ready super quick, and all was well until I got there. Upon arrival, I checked in and the guy brought out my stuff. I said “hi, how are you” when he approached - he didn’t even look at me or respond. I thought, no big deal. He then threw my groceries in and I was honestly too taken back to say anything. When he was done, I said “thank you have a great day.” And again, he didn’t even look at or acknowledge me. I get it we all have bad days, but if I did that at work, I’d be written up or fired.”
