“Typical department store. It was clean with reasonably good customer service. Bealls is ridiculously over priced. $60 for cheap cloth shoes poorly made. I took my 90 year old mother there to shop. I personally do not shop there as I find the merchandise geared towards the elderly and the prices inflated.”

“First off let me start by saying the crew at the McMullen Booth location are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Especially Jessica!!!!!! I unfortunately made the mistake of going to the Dale Mabry location one day and the staff there was very helpful and nice, however all that changed when I had to explain that the order that was made was incorrect. The staff was understanding and very nice about the mishap until she had to get the manager to help me out. This “manager” was beyond super condescending and NOT so very nice about a mistake that the store (not me) had made on the order. She treated me like I was a child, incompetent and like I had done something wrong and ruined her day. (Even though this was not my fault) After that interaction with this awful manager, I will never go to that store again! To end this review on a good note- the employees at the McMullen store are so absolutely fabulous. They treat you like family and made me feel so comfortable about not only what I was trying on, but what my budget was. I will CONTINUE to visit Jessica and the other staff at this store because she really made it seem as if I had a sister helping me out and not an employee. I can not THANK HER AND HER CREW ENOUGH! Jessica, you are amazing and thank you for helping me get my scrubs for school and work and allowing me to tell you about my awful experience at the other location. You really are wonderful and made my year!!!!!!”
