“My service was quick and efficient. I came in. I tried a few mattresses. I found the one I liked and in about 15 minutes I was setting up a delivery for the next day. Tzadde is the sales associate who assisted me and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The manager was also super friendly and helpful. I received my mattress this morning and the guys did great in and out in less than 5 minutes hassle free service all the way through.”

“Worst target ever. Expect to wait 30mins for your curbside order. I also ordered a curbside Starbucks and my drink and food were cold. They don’t deliver items in the order that you arrive. Some people got their order before me and I was waiting longer. This place needs better management.”

“Ordered a bag with gift wrap for pickup. Upon pickup confirmation, I called and made sure they gift wrapped the gift. They said “no we didn’t, did you pay for it?” I told them yes I paid for it and they said they would do it immediately. I send my sister to pickup the bag since I live 100 miles away. Turns out it was still NOT gift wrapped. I called and told them what happened and they offered to refund the gift wrap price or for me to bring the bag back. Neither worked in my schedule. So shocked that I can spend so much money on something at Neiman Marcus and they could care less about their customer experience. Never even bothered to say sorry. On top of this, the bag was in its factory “this is not a toy” packaging. Every other store removes this. This purse was just thrown in a NM paper bag and the called it a day. Very disappointed.”

“I absolutely love this store and the employees that work there! 2 weeks ago was our first time in an Oakley store and we made a purchase, I left a good review with Oakley that day because our experience was so awesome. There was an issue with the glasses I picked which was my fault. I went in today and they helped me find what I needed and fixed the issue that I was having with ease. I have yet to meet someone in that store that wasn’t kind and helpful. Bennett was there to help us both times and is wonderful! He’s helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient, ect. If you are looking for a great location this is the one!”

“Normally very good but recently the drive up is a joke. Order notification received at 3:35pm. Drove straight to the store. Watched employees haul out 5 carts of product then return to store with 2 carts full. Took another 45 minutes before they returned with 3 cart fulls and then watched as they walked aimlessly around the spaces trying to find space numbers. There’s definitely opportunity to train the workers at this location. Would have been 1 star but the poor employee was so stressed yet apologized for the wait. You could tell they lacked direction and training.”

“I had the pleasure of attending a ticketed holiday wine tasting event at the bar. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the tasting came with a made to order Philly cheesesteak. Only down side abt the location is the parking lot is small and can certainly be a challenge depending on the time of day. The bar does do weekly specials like half off wine glasses etc, great place to go and relax after work or on a wkend. Perfect for girls night, date or solo outing.”
