“The location was hard to find because it's on a one way and my GPS refused to take me around the block instead of through Daimler's locked gate. Staff were helpful and patient and answered a bunch of questions to help me make a decision. I got 1 gallon of the one-time-only soft green shade for $9/gal (it's almost identical to their $18/gal shade) and a tiny $3 sample of snow white (used on the window trim). This paint is THICK but I still used 2 coats. I was worried about the paint brush streaks, but most flattened out as it dried. I don't paint much, so I'm not sure what is expected, but there was quite a lot of odor. I couldn't imagine doing this inside. You'd need to leave all of the windows open for at least a day or more. My front entryway still smells pretty strongly of paint and I let the door air out overnight. Overall, I'm happy with the paint for the price and the fact that it's recycled and not dumped somewhere. Would I want to do my whole house in it? Eh. Will I buy again? Probably. They have a 90 day return policy on unopened cans. **48hr Update** it's been exactly 2 days since I painted the door and there's still a pretty strong odor. We've decided to return the (unopened) primer for fear it'll smell just as strong (and probably more) when painting an entire room. I'd use this paint on the exterior only, or interior if you have lots of time to let it offgas. We need to be able to use the space pretty quickly after painting, so unfortunately we'll probably have to spend quite a bit more to get a low-odor indoor paint. **5 day update** The door still has a really strong smell. I like the color and the price, but still glad I only used it on the exterior.”

“The owner will get into your face and yell and cuss at you over and over and threaten to call the cops. As a vendor They don’t pay and make it the most uncomfortable situation. If highly recommended another shop if you like quality with a good shopping experience as this place shocked me and how we were treated.”

“=====NOTE: Please read UPDATE Bellow===== What is the point of a physical show store that does not help you locate a shoe in stock? I have had previous great experiences at dsw shoes here, but this visit to the store veterans day weekend had me feeling I was at Delta parks Walmart. It's probably the first time in my life that I went to a shoe store and asked if they could help me locate a particular size and staff declined to help. I have a particular difficulty reading the small numbers on a different boxes of shoes and was hoping someone could help with that but I guess that's not their job anymore. I guess shopping online really is better in all ways than going to a physical store these days even for shoes. I used to enjoy shopping for shoes every couple of months at this location. This experience left me soured on that. It all ended up being okay as I went to the website and found the shoes online for $48 less then at the store location. Maybe security should help out with the sales as they seem to actually be a bit more helpful than the actual store staff. Still, DSW online was 👍. UPDATE: Came in on a Sunday. Here is a PRO TIP: 1. Go to DSW Online. 2. Sign up for the online offers. 3. PROFIT! My advice in the store? TALK TO THE WOMEN THAT WORK THERE! Not only were they SUPER HELPFUL today, I was able to pick up my order in less than an hour MIN of Ordering! WOW! Fantastic! This is the BEST way to get $200 Shoes for a 1/4 of the cost online. Even Merrels own Website can't beat DSW shoes source! I have to change out my shoes often due to a foot injury, so I have to buy shoes every other month or so as the soles wear down in crucial areas. And DSW makes it a no brainer! To the Tall GIrl working at the front counter, you saved the day! THANK YOU!”
