“Yesterday, my friend and I had a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience while shopping. As we discussed snacks in the check-out line, a lady loudly yelled at us with an attitude. When I inquired about her behavior, she claimed to have called us. I mentioned my two years of working experience at Ross, where I never witnessed such treatment of customers. Her disrespectful response and refusal to let me speak to the manager, stating she was the is store manager named Heather, left us disappointed. Ross should improve its customer service, and no one deserves to be treated this way.”

“Overall, the store has a bunch of stuff for really cheap. It's a great place to save some money. I have found exactly what I needed for certain events and even some things I didn't specifically go to buy. However, I do wish it was a bit more organized. Why am I having to go to four separate spots to look at shirts? I'd recommend walking around the entire store your first time. This should help with better understanding the haphazard layout.”

“First time in here and I love it! Wow. Affordable and very easy to find products. They have a bathroom, parking structure (free), credit, debit cash accepted, the staff are super helpful. So many things to choose from ranging from kitchenware to bathroomware. Sundays the stores closes at 8pm.”

“Well what can I say but this place has changed a lot over the years. It once was a business center by day and restaurant and club scene at night, the days of Oceans, Blue Zebra and World Cafe are gone. Now it's usually filled with College students hustling around due to HPU buying up so much office space. There are small eateries , like Korean, plate lunch and cafes.. plus a beauty salon.”

Thank God they decided to open up at the comfort of my home and not in public. Next to this butt seam pants I bought several pants where the seams of pockets opened.
