“I have used this DMV office many times due to the fact that they are so efficient and quick. Even if by chance there are people waiting in line it doesn’t take them very long to get done. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they have a waiting area outside that you can sit while you are waiting. Fantastic all the way around. Gotta tag or registration that needs doing then this is the place.”

“Absolutely wrong DMV! I understand the need to make appointments for services! But, they should be aware that there are people who do not know when they can get a day off from work, and that day they take the opportunity to do paperwork. What I mean is that those of us who come without an appointment, they make us wait more than 3 hours to be served... they have 24 stations, of which most of the time they are empty and few people work. As a recommendation; Hire more staff. And out of 24 stations at least put 4 to work dedicated to people who come without appointment, we also have other things to do with our day...please.”
