“My initial visit went very well with the exception of having to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment (not a big deal, it was busy) The staff I encountered during my visit were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed to be rushed and didn’t make me feel relaxed, especially on my first visit (seemed preoccupied or indifferent) No problem, everyone has bad days. The young woman (Sam) was excellent in asking me questions and providing my treatment. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and valued as her patient.”

I’ve been seeing one of the nurses Jessica for over a year. Specifically for their ground breaking Laser Treatment for wart removal, and it’s been an excellent experience. With her care and attentiveness, it’s obvious she is passionate about the treatment she is able to give to her clients. “Going to a Vet can be worrisome, just like going to a garage, but this clinic changed our view. The quality of service was outstanding, even a little too much where I felt bad for everything they did and included. Like regular calls to keep us informed, accessories, care, boarding, etc. We were referred to this place by a family member, he had also received outstanding service which is rare for him to say. Our cat broke and dislocated it's hind leg. The kind of situation where you're stuck with a decision, that usually comes with a hefty price tag. Choosing a clinic for an intervention/surgery vs a checkup/vaccine isn't the same thing. This Animal Hospital is equipped and able to take proper care of our little ones, without the price gouging, and emotional sales tactics. Just like that rare honest car mechanic everyone looks for, we found that veterinarian clinic.”
