“I’ve been going to Brandy since 2020 and she is the best in town and beyond. She really educated me and told me in detail everything she was doing. She is so nice and down to earth too. I moved from Redlands in 2021 to LA and I still come back to her place. I love they newer location and all of her staff have been superb. I’ve been seen by Erin and she is excellent too ! I highly recommend Reverse Gravity !”

“Dr. Osman is great, but dealing with his rude front office and horrible scheduling isn't worth it. I've been seeing him for many years and now I can't get in for 2-3 months even on follow ups. It's ridiculous, and forget the waitlist, they don't even bother, it's a lie. He should fire his current schedulers and keep appointments for his long time Patients. 2-3 weeks to wait I understand, but 2-3 months. Absurd. I'm going elsewhere.”

“I had my first ever Fraxel Laser treatment done on November 15, 2023 & so my anxiety was through the roof because a lot of people said that it could be painful. I just want to say how happy I was that I was under the care of Dr. Mathieu & her assistant, Kaitlyn. They made every effort to lessen my anxiety with Kaitlyn even putting on the music I requested & putting a blanket over me when I felt cold. Dr. Mathieu’s professionalism, expertise & excellent bedside manners coupled with Kaitlyn’s kindness & an eye for details on how to make me comfortable made my treatment so much tolerable. This office is great with its excellent people starting with the front office staff then to my consultation with Nalene down to the one who had applied the numbing solution & finally to the excellent care of Dr. Mathieu & her assistant, Kaitlyn. If you had 10 stars on this reviews I would have given you 10 stars but then you only have 5😁. Nevertheless I want to thank for your great service.”

“My family has been going here for over 10 years until they started keeping $400 deposits for an appointment that was already cancelled. We responded twice to a confirmation email. They said they didn’t receive it? Hmmm. Isn’t that what a confirmation email is for? Poor record keeping shouldn’t be made our problem and we never “missed” appointments. And then their scheduling issues had us waiting in the procedure rooms sometimes up to an hour! Did we complain or charge for our time? The fact is we felt like we were being more than patient, even with unsatisfactory procedure results. As far as we are concerned they owe us $400 and a apology.”
