“We had our first appointment with Frontier and were blown away by the customer service! My 2.5 year old son was being seen for some skin issues and all the staff were patient and very pleasant! Laura made scheduling our appointment a breeze, Kerri was interactive with not only me but also my son which I love and Dr. Ferguson, he was outstanding with my little guy and made friends with him instantly by giving him some stickers! Dr. Ferguson also answered all my questions and explained things in a very simple to understand way! We were very pleased with our first encounter at Frontier and will be returning for any other skin needs! Thanks Frontier Team!”

“I’d like to start by communicating that this is the first negative review I have ever left in my life. Even with not so great experiences I will avoid leaving a review for the sake of the business. This however needs to be known. Nice people, I’m sure they mean well. They told me my service would be covered by my insurance - this is why I used them. While I was there the PA casually asked me if I wanted her to do something about the wart on my hand. I said yes and she sprayed it with nitrogen. Months later I get a bill for over $500 saying my insurance didn’t cover it - a line item for over $300 was on my invoice for spraying my wart. There was zero communication of any type of up-charge for that. Had I known I would have absolutely declined. That seems like a complete lack of integrity to not communicate that. They have also begun automatically billing me which I did not verbally consent to. I wouldn’t recommend going here.”

“I was a returning patient, making an appointment for an acute concern. Appointment was made Wednesday for today at 2:50PM. Received a call at 12:59pm that my 2:50pm appointment was cancelled due to "Low staff." When I called back and inquired why I was just being notified, the (kind and professional) scheduler reported there was a note a previous call had been made and a VM left. This is not accurate as our cell phones keep track of all calls and no other call was received, let alone a message. Their policy is to charge a fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment, but they are able to cancel within 3 hours of appointment. When offered a reschedule, it was for 7:40AM on Tuesday. As I had already moved my schedule for today's appointment, I clarified that if I took Tuesday's appointment and then could not make it work, I would be required to cancel within 24 hours or be charged a cancellation fee. "Yes," that is correct. Well, this means I have to call prior to 7:40AM on Monday, they are closed the weekend and don't open until 8:00am on Monday????? I ended up not rescheduling, I have lost faith that patient care is above profit.”

The experience was most positive from beginning (checking-in) to departure (paying and booking another appointment). All of the staff whom I encountered were friendly and efficient. However, the highlight was my encounter with the Licensed Master Esthetician, Elsa Davenport. She was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an exceptionally nice person. Thank you all!”
