“I went in there for the first time to grab breakfast and was excited to try them out since their Google reviews are great... but I was only disappointed in my breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with avocado (two: one for myself and one for my husband) and two hot chocolates: needless to say the bacon egg and cheese was a disappointment. The bacon was undercooked and all you get is literally one strip of bacon. I paid around $40 and it was NOT worth it at all. The hot chocolate was alright but definitely not worth the price... it was not hot but warm... I called the order over the phone so I don't know what the service is like but when I walked in I did not feel welcomed. As far as the ambiance... it seemed chill when I walked in but again not too sure because I picked up and left.”

“Came here after seeing the signs of best sponge cake in town and decided to give a try. Walking in you have to go straight past the door and will see the shop (with another door). The sponge cakes are $1.00 for the original and $1.25 for flavoured sponge cakes (such as pandan, ube, coconut and more). The sponge cakes are freshly made and a good snack size. They also serve coffee, lemon tea and other drinks at a reasonable price. Highly recommend giving this place a quick try if you’re in the Chinatown area.”

“Heard rave reviews about this place and was excited to check it out. Realized the downtown location isn't open on Sundays, so ended up at this 7th Ave location. Had the mocha and it was perfect. Didn't have to add sweetener. Also bought a chocolate chip cookie and I was AMAZING! So fresh and gooey! The chocolate is creamy. Both severs were super nice and the wait wasn't long. It's close to the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) so it gets crowded pretty fast. Perfect place for coffee and a fresh pastries. Definitely recommend!”

“GO HERE !!! I’ve recently become obsessed with cheese and this place has become my go to spot for fondue and raclette ! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming; reminds me of being in the mountains. Great cocktails as well, def get the espresso martini and dirty (it comes with cute Swiss flag). Service was also very good. Overall this place is super chill and laid back.”

“sad to see Chip commercialized now. Been coming here ever since 2019 and cant believe their decline and inconsistency. Cookies used to be gooey, soft, flavorful, and cost effective. Now that they are expanding their locations nationwide, their quality of food had flunked. The Cookies are HARD, over-baked, and inedible. ( and hella pricey ). This used to be a gem. Disappointing.”
