“Not sure if it’s true or not. But the employee behind the desk promised me that the only way I could have my mri done was with a physical copy of the order my doctor gave me over a month ago! It’s 2024, I have all this my chart app stuff and everything is digital. But without this single piece of paper……….. they can’t take an mri. Something tells me there is more at play here. But it’s ridiculous no matter what happened. How embarrassing for Orlando health. After finding this discarded piece of paper I was able to come back and have my mri. My Tech was great, but man what a way to start your morning. I guess everyone bring your paper work with you. Ya know, since it’s 1995 over there.”

“Edit: when I went in for my actual appointment everyone was very nice and comforting. I even had a nice little conversation about my nails and told a staff member where I got them. I feel like perhaps the person on the phone was having a bad day or overwhelmed. I got a call from Radiology and they assured me this isn’t usual and spoke with the person in question, I really appreciated the call and their willingness to take action. I believe them when they say it’s not aligned with their policies, and it also made me think about how I reacted to the call as well. Thank you Radiology Associates. When I called on the day of a storm I got a woman on the phone who was apathetic and rude. I asked if they were still taking their appointments considering the weather outside (many other establishments were closed and this one hadn’t answered their phone previously) and she bluntly said “if you made it and didn’t cancel it…yes” Hire people who actually want to help, it’s not kind to be rude to someone especially in the medical field. You don’t know what we are coming in for or if we are nervous. Being rude is the last thing anyone needs in these situations.”

“Used to love this place, there are a lot of places you can go without having to Wait so long or bullied.. The techs are wonderful, the customer service is the opposite. They even admitted they are Unprepared, rude and gossipy. It was So disappointing today.. I Watched them and heard them talking about me because I had questions about my treatment and insurance coverage. And Just so you know; people are not stupid, they hear and see everything. Especially if you’re dumb enough to leave the window open on the opposite side of the waiting room.. trinity was one of them and about anything, especially if she admits that she only been there a few days…. Shame on all of you front desk! This is in the last time I come there.”

“What a great experience at St.Pete MRI, if you need a imaging you absolutely have to go to here. I had a scary soft tissue mass and rather than letting me panick forever with all the wait times at other facilities they got me in quickly. I have to also say, Rebecca was unbelievably helpful. I've had experiences at other imaging centers this is one of the nicest newest looking mri machines I've seen. I am also a difficult needle stick and they got me right away for the contrast. Listening to music was great too...instead of the machine while in there!”

“This MRI facility is a well put together place to have your imaging . The front desk girl and the MRI tech are professional, so nice . I was pleased to meet them today , had a very nice experience. Unfortunately I was not well enough to get my MRI today because I do not feel well at this time and I am on medication so I will have to save the test for a later date. I was able to go back to the machine and meet all of the staff I just wasn't feeling well by the time I went into the machine. The MRI machine looks very high tech the staff was amazing and great to me and I am very appreciative of all of their time that I spent with them. I highly recommend this MRI facility to anyone that is in need of good care and imaging with a amazing staff.I even loved the customers I met today , it just was my place to be there today.
