“Getting to Radiology Ltd. was a long drive through beautiful, rural scenery. The entrance to South Entrance was clearly marked, and the lobby to Radiology Ltd. was easy to find. Check-in was quick, and my wait to be called was very reasonable. I was there for two exams, each carried out by a different technician. The bone density was first. I am so short I needed a step stool to help me get onto the table. Once there, the woman placed me in the correct positions to proceed with the exam. I wish I'd asked her what data she was collecting so I'd understand better what was going on. My mammogram went well except I put the gown on backwards. Four images were taken and I had no idea my breasts were that long. There was no smashing of them while the exam was carried which was a relief. Each staff member was helpful and courteous, and I was pleased at the treatment I was given.”

“So friendly and accommodating! I had my newborn and had no sitter with my husband being sick. I called and asked if there was any way I could come and they check her car seat or something assuming the answer would be no but wanted to ask the gentleman on the phone said his wife was there and they could accommodate me! I didn’t get names unfortunately but the wife kept an eye on my baby for me so I could complete my test and I was in and out! definitely recommend!!! Customer service and humanity at its best! Thank you again!”

“I really like how well SMIL is organized these days. Friendly staff. I was in and out in around 20 minutes with a minimum of repetitious paperwork (one simple page). Then one of the staff came over to me with a tablet to ask insurance questions. I was in and out of the CT imaging room in about 15 minutes. I received my results in about 2 hours. A smooth sweetly run operation. CONGRATULATIONS to the SMIL team.”
