“I am so grateful to have found Newport Diagnostic Center. I have come here for several different tests (including Mammogram, Ultrasound, MRI) and every time I have been here I am impressed at how kind, knowledgeable and overall wonderful the staff is and how everything runs on time! It’s about an hour drive for me to come here for my tests but I would honestly happily drive 3 hours to receive such excellent care.”

“I don't know if I got really lucky but I had a wonderful experience with this company.I wasn't feeling well Sunday I woke up feeling Monday much worse and in order to make sure I could go back to work ASAP, I immediately looked into options in my area found this one online, used their online booking system which was really easy to fill out and had an appointment which I was eligible for for free which is even more amazing. They were curious and polite and professional and I even got my results before they told me I would even get them which was amazing so I could go back to work. Thank you so much”

“I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I've been here a few times and found the front desk, all of them, to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I appreciated their attentiveness to me, while at the same time processing me quickly and efficiently. Coffee shop in the waiting room. When I was there, it was closed. Areas throughout the building are nicely separated so even if there are a lot of people, you don't feel crowded. Exams rooms are nice and clean. Changing room has pockets to hold your possessions.”

“Went for a quick COVID-19 test (tested negative Thank God) and it was an easy in and out experience. Service was efficient and the process was a breeze. Place looked so clean and there was parking available, as well as lots of street parking. This is my new favorite place to get tested, for travel, for work, or just to be safe. Very much recommended.”

“In our experience the Staff was more concerned about their Halloween costumes and the morning gossip than helping us. When we get called to the check in desk we immediately encounter attitude because my aunt is not able to use the computer pad to check in, her computer skills are 0% and she wanted help. I tried to help, but the reception person was being confrontational and so I let her take over because we were too slow for her liking. She then proceeded to check in my aunt with a condescending tone, but she helped us. We were then told to sit anywhere and that we would be called by her technician. About 10 minutes pass (not bad). Then we get called back and immediately notice how unwilling and unresponsive the tech is to help my aunt. She is 89. I’m pretty sure the receptionist told the tech we were giving her problems. If not, then we encountered two different employees with bad training on elderly patience care. I go back with her and the tech is cold and obviously not familiar with elderly patients. She (my aunt) needed a little time to take her clothes and shoes off, again we weren’t fast enough. As he gets started on her ultrasound he seems to ignore her when she’s telling him she can not do certain movements and she needs to move slowly because she’s hurt and in pain hence the reason we are there getting imaging done. It turned out fine but I wonder how she would have been treated if I wasn’t in the room while the test went on. I don’t know what the issue was or if this was just an off day for these employees. I know this place is not bad, we’ve been here many times for my aunts imaging services. But, WOW, really negative experience. I expect better from this place. Especially when dealing with elderly people! I don’t need your manager or whoever reads these reviews to comment on how they will look in to it. What I want is for you to train your employees on how to be empathetic towards all patients. I’m totally disappointed in your customer service.”

“Went for a vaccination. Jeremy the pharmacist wrangled with insurance to get it covered which was great. He was masked for extra bonus points and Painless vaccination as well. 10/10 would recommend.”
