“Excellent staff. I have a suggestion though. Can your clinic please post rules about patients turning on their cell phones and games at loud volumes in the waiting room? Same for children's video games. It is very distressing to listen to all that noise when you're sick and waiting to be seen. The kids should have earbuds and adults should know better.”

“I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Round Rock location. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in very quickly. I did not have to wait very long before the lady that conducted my exam came to get me, and she used my preferred name that I filled in on my pre-check in paperwork. During the exam she explained the process to my understanding, and she was very engaging. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in and out. The overall environment was very clean and peaceful. I would definitely go back here for service, and recommend to others to visit as well.”

I called before and asked if I needed appointment and they said I could walk in, I did and then they said I will have to wait between 30-45 min, it passed over 1.3h hour and finally had the chance to go to the doctor office and they made me wait another 45min inside waiting for the doctor which never showed up after 1hr I left. It is a cheap clinic, but I must said more important than money, is time. NEVER COMING BACK”

When Courtney took us back for all the tests they do, she was so caring and patient with Joey. It put him at ease and he cooperated much better than he ever has. Dr Sargent was also great with him and it made the whole experience great.”

“BEWARE the fraudulent and unethical billing practices of this organization! I was referred to ARA by my chiropractor for baseline spinal x-rays. I called to make an appointment and confirmed that ARA was in network for my insurance provider. I arrived for my appointment and was waited on by a woefully under-trained and incompetent employee. He took my physician's order and billed for a plethora of x-rays that totaled $573. He also billed me for not only the $75 co-pay that I expected but also for an additional 40% of the total because he claimed that ARA was not in network for my insurance provider. I advised him that I confirmed that ARA was in network when I made the appointment and on my insurance provider's website. I was unable to proceed with my appointment unless I paid for this substantial overcharge. I later met with the x-ray tech who looked at all of the x-rays that were ordered; she stated that this was incorrect and I only needed $223 of x-rays. She said that I would be refunded the difference; this never happened. I received my explanation of benefits about two weeks after my appointment. It confirmed that ARA was in network and I only should have been charged my $75 co-pay. I later received another bill from ARA for the balance that wasn't completely paid by insurance; balance billing is not permissible because ARA is in network for my insurance provider. I have since called ARA multiple times and have only received excuses as to why I haven't been refunded the substantial overcharge that occurred at my appointment. It's unfortunate that my only in network provider for radiology services has completely fraudulent and unethical billing practices. ARA customer service is incompetent and incapable of resolving issues.”

“The tech that did my mammogram (Cheri) was amazing today. She went above and beyond and deserves all the recognition! Thank you Cheri for the attention you paid to my situation. She had the radiologist come speak to me and they put my mind at ease and avoided unnecessary testing. Big thanks to you both!! Edit to add: After my appointment I called back to request my money back ($400) they had me pay for a diagnostic mammogram that I did not have done (had screening mammogram that my insurance covers). I called billing dept and was transferred to this location, on hold for 25 minutes all for the girl that answered to transfer me back to the billing office. Then the billing office told me I have to wait 7 days. Not great customer service. Had issues scheduling as well. Multiple calls.”

“I didn't know Envision offered weekend appointments until they booked my MRI on a Saturday. The location was easy to find and very secure. They buzz in patients. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. Large chairs and even a coffee bar made it pleasant. Although this was a short series, the techs made sure that I was comfortable on the table. Music was offered so Frank Sinatra sang over the noises of the machine! The staff was kind and compassionate. They were aware if my claustrophobia and kept me in the loop on how many minutes I would be inside. I did walk out with a CD of my MRI which is always important. I not only would recommend this location but I will use them again.”

“When I was supposed to go there for my MRI I told the lady at least three times on the phone that I needed the bigger machine she still scheduled me for the smaller machine and then they proceeded to tell me that they were booked out for the next two weeks and they couldn't get me in before that. Then for my CT scan earlier this week date call me up and cancel my appointment because they didn't have a fishing after 2:00. Once I finally got there the staff was friendly the place was clean but that's all I can say good about that place”
