“The food is super fresh, cooked with great technique and functions on a monthly rotation. The starters or smaller dishes change often while the mains change about every month. The service might be the best part with great people all around. You can tell it is a great working environment with happy staff. We had attentive waitstaff(Tina & Megan) are awesome and very energetic. Mathew the bartender and Danny are great personalities. Daniel and “Sweet Lou” work the cold kitchen and are very nice. Overall the atmosphere is comfortable and modern. Favorite dishes were the cornbread, salmon tartare and the deserts. Cornbread is nice and flakey, salmon is super fresh just flown in and the deserts are executed well.”

“Best biscuit Ive had in long time. Almost forgot my omelette. It was three eggs, cheese, thick bacon, diced ham. With hearty hash browns well done as i asked. Best breakfast place ive found in Windsor, CO. Will definitely be back. Loved the ladies room decor also. Very open and friendly restaurant. Good prices for good portions.”

“We were visiting from Atlanta, and were recommended this place by a huge amount of folks familiar with Parker. The food was amazing! I had the chicken fried steak with jalapeño gravy and it was honestly the culinary highlight of our road trip! The service was phenomenal, everyone incredibly nice and attentive! My husband had the biscuits and sausage gravy, and it was so powerful he fell asleep on the ride to the hotel after. We wound up going back for breakfast and trying different menu items every day of our trip! I would highly recommend everyone coming through start at Rory’s for some damn fine Americana.”
