“We loved it!! We went on Saturday around 11 am. We got a table for 2 people after 15-20 min waiting (first come, first served) which is good considering that every diner in NYC is busy on the weekends. The manager and the staff were nice and diligent. The food was delicious. I recommend the pancakes, they were fluffy, perfectly buttered and if you want toppings they add them on top and in between the pancakes. The place is a traditional diner perfect for an american style brunch”

The burger was juicy and super delicious , while the western omelette was a delightful blend of eggs, cheese, peppers, and ham. “I finally had the pleasure of eating here and I was very satisfied. There is always a wait here, but it usually goes quickly. I waited about 20 minutes on a Friday. I sat at the bar and was greeted promptly by the bartender. I was started off with a field greens salad that had a light tart dressing and a strong flavor from fresh dill. The steak comes at 3 temperatures; rare, medium, or well. I went with the rare. The steak was cooked perfectly to rare and had wonderful taste. The bearnaise sauce was the beat I've had in a long time. Rich and smooth, on the thinner side as it should be. The fries were a perfect thin and crunchy shoe string style. The fries are unlimited, and I was asked if I wanted a refill, which I appreciated. Honestly, you're not going to beat the value. For what you're paying vs. the quality of food. I really feel like you win here. Highly recommended and will be back again.”

“Honestly going in I thought this place would be a tourist trap but was pleasantly surprised by the food. Really tasty fluffy whipped ricotta toast. Pasta was well cooked and although I’m team red sauce, the olive oil base was really tasty. A little pricey but what can you expect on the upper west side next to the Natural History Museum. IMO this place deserves a higher rating than 4.3, it’s more like a 4.6”
