“I only ever use their curbside pick-up because I work at the hospital next door and it's super convenient for me before heading home. I'm there multiple times a week and every single time the curbside staff have been awesome, friendly and quick. I'm trying to limit my visits throughout the week because it's hot out there and I feel for them. And yet they still greet you with a smile. I appreciate you all!”

“We had the best experience with Uri (Urania Cas.. she made sure to go over our order and saw that their was an issue with it.. she made sure to get it fixed and with a smile. Who ever reads this tell her Daisy Says hi! We keep coming to stock our gas station every month. Uri & her boss Christian made us welcomed and helped us out.. informed us for our ways to save more and shop more with Shamrock farms.”

This establishment is owned by Latter Day Saints.They give employees on the job training in retail.The items are organized daily and often you find brand new items with tags .The employees are so polite and friendly. The environment is cleaner than most thrift shops.The prices are budget friendly.Every visit and purchase helps the community.”

“The store entrance is roped off to where you have to enter the store through the exit. Then the whole entry area is roped off to where you are not allowed to enter the store until you are told you are allowed to by the security person that is always standing there. Making an effective mantrap. A person in front of us was not allowed to enter until other shoppers exited, then we were told to wait. No. This isn't Disney World where I expect to wait in lines to ride a ride, this is a retail store where I am shopping to spend my hard earned money. I cannot believe people still shop here with third world country treatment. We were already previously frustrated shopping at Burlington because there were NO carts, and when you have a baby and shopping for goods it is absolutely a miserable and impossible shopping experience. There are other measures to prevent theft, punishing everyone is despicable. Not to mention there are signs saying no public restrooms. How in the world is this okay? Why do people not complain, and just comply? Insane!”

“I know this is my first review, but not my first visit. My last visit was about a year or more ago and it rubbed me the wrong way with service being horrible. I left feeling unwelcome. Service is huge for me and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that cares. Today I tried to give this location another shot and since my son really likes their clothes . Right when we opened the door it was definitely better than the last. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. The sales were pretty good and we were able to find quite a few things. Hopefully this will be a trend for future visits.”

“I was a usual shopper at this particular location but now I will never shop here again. One day I saw a dress in the window on a mannequin, I looked for the dress inside the store. Nothing in my size was available inside so I thought I'd ask a sales associate about the mannequin's dress. Since I wear a small, I assumed all the dressed on the mannequin's are a small. The sales associate had told me she couldn't give me the dress in the window. I was shocked! I began to ask why, and she stated that her manager is the only person who removes dresses from the mannequin. As confused as I was, the sales associate began to explain that her manager would be 'pissed' if they removed any clothes from the mannequin. I then asked to speak to someone is charge, above her title. She grabbed a lady who then told me the same thing, that only the manager is able to remove the outfits from the mannequins. She then started telling me that the mannequins are too heavy and it will take forever. I rolled my eyes and walked out of the store. If I owned a clothing company I would never turn away a customer in my shoes. I felt like I was being turned away for something so ridiculous. Customer service lacks in all areas. I was glad to spend my money elsewhere.”
