“I was in there and saw a purse I really liked but there was no price on it so I asked a gentleman who worked there and he couldn’t find a price online and said he would have to email somebody and that would take a couple todays and I told him I did not live there. So he would not sell it to me. My husband was going to buy a pair of expensive shoes but because I couldn’t buy the purse we left without buying anything so they lost a sale! I’ll never go back.”

“I was greeted when I entered the store and told what isle to find what I was looking for. When I started towards the cash two employees were standing at the cash with what I assumed was a customer. As I approached one of the staff pointed in the direction of the help/service desk. No “hello would you mind going over to…” or even “the help desk can ring that in for you”. When I went to the help desk she did not greet me but kept taping a box in front of her. She took the item scanned it and then returned to taping. I asked how much and she said “it’s on the screen”. When I paid there was no “thank you, you’re good to go, even here is your receipt”. The receipt I had to reach over the counter and rip off of the machine myself. I have been disappointed with service from this store in the past but yesterday was like using a self checkout. Will be avoiding having to go here at all costs”

“This store has nice low music for relaxed shopping atmosphere. There is plenty of room in most isles and lots of choices for clothes, children's toys, and books. The prices are very reasonable with good quality gently used clothing.”
