“Really like going to the Chatswood store, there’s usually (if not always) available stock so i never need to travel to other stores. I like how the store is kept organised at all times which makes finding what i need very convenient. The last time i came into the store, i was looking for a specific lunch box utensil set and home decor items for a small event and wasn’t familiar with the store layout so i asked one of the staff Grace, she helped me look for the products and even extended her service to looking at the back and in their stock on their system. I explained to her my situation and that i urgently needed those items and she patiently helped me find the right products and saved me from running to other stores so i got to proceed with my event planning on time.”

“Very poor selection and unlike Dan Murphys where you can just become a Dan Murphys member to get member prices you are forced to become a Woolworths rewards member to get member prices. Last time I ever use BWS, Dan Murphys had it for cheaper anyway and has a way better selection.”
