“I went to get my order pickup today. Some genius named Taylor had taken it upon herself to return my items to the shelf a day earlier than the deadline. Why? No one could answer that. No one could replenish my order for the next day as the items had been purchased on a promotion, which has now ended. This order totaled $150. Thanks to Taylor, I will no longer be shopping at this store. Way to go, Taylor!”

“Appallingly horrible customer service. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. Save your time and save your money by shopping anywhere else. When you go to check out there is nobody to be found. If you search hard you might be able to find the group of employees standing around the back of the store doing nothing, just chatting, flirting, and hanging out with each other. Actively blocking the aisles, ignoring customers, and getting paid for it. It took nearly half an hour to get somebody to ring up my purchase and I was the only customer in line. I would never get away with that behavior at any of my customer service jobs. I guess if you’re looking for a job where you don’t actually have to work you should apply here.”
