“Great Italian/German restaurant, I suggest it to everyone since I come here regularly. Food is great with a very large choice of Italian plates but also a good variety of German plates. The quality of the food is excellent with fresh ingredients and preparations are curated with the right mix of flavours to balance out the different tastes. The personnel is very welcoming, professional, fast and nice. The restaurant is nice and warm and right in the middle in the pedestrian area.”

“Dissatisfied across the board! Tried to get an appointment for 9 months, couldn't get one. Then I went to the optician to have at least the most basic things sorted out. Then at some point I got an appointment where they said the glasses would be sized appropriately. Today about 3 months later I was told that the glasses could be even stronger. Should get an appointment in six months, but it's not possible in the store. Only up to 4 months in advance. So start making phone calls now so that with a lot of luck I can have an appointment in May. Completely impossible!!! One star way too many.”

“I am guessing, but it is probably one of the worst health insurance and health systems in the world.. If you are international and are used to getting appointments by your doctor on time, receiving attention from your doctors, receiving the RIGHT treatment, being able to call the health insurance to ask questions and get them answered, then try to get the private insurance. I know I am talking about the basics, but unfortunately, in this country, you will not be treated accordingly if you have the "public" insurance.”

“From our experience with this clinic, I would say that it is best to hire a lawyer right away, because their opinions change every few days, but now I will tell you briefly what it is about: So, during the egg retrieval, they told us that they removed 5 pieces. When we said that we wanted to freeze the egg cells for subsequent treatments, they told us that there were still four pieces. During the first transfer, we wanted to try with two embryos, so there were two more embryos left. The first transfer was negative and the next transfer we decided on one embryo, so one remains frozen. When we came to check the results of the other transfers, we received two shocks, the first was a negative result and the second was that we no longer had a single embryo. And they sent the invoice for the freezing . And now we are interested in where the fifth and last frozen embryo disappeared? That will be a question for the German Prosecutor's Office. Our rating is zero”
