Now we’re moving to other place and searching for a new clinic,then I realize how good Village Medical Practice is and I need to post it to everyone. 1. It’s bulk billing still. You don’t find many bulk billing clinics nowadays. 2. Acceptable waiting time. If your appointment is either early or late in the day, like 8-9am or 4pm, they are very on time. 3. Doctors are caring and professional. I visited three different doctors, all very nice! I trust them.”

“I’m not sure how to feel about my experience here. I’ve had better experiences at Planned Parenthood in the US during an anti-abortion protest where I had to walk through the picket line. I needed to remove my copper IUD and was advised I would not need sedation for the removal as it was easy and painless. The clinic itself looks beautiful when you walk in but it stops there, the staff are not very welcoming or friendly, the rooms are small and windows only have portions frosted, when you’re asked to widen your knees you can only do so with one leg, the other is 90 degrees with the wall. I was not given privacy to undress or to get onto the half metal table. I told the nurse I was extremely anxious and was not given any reassurance, in fact she laughed. She stuck the speculum inside and opened to the point of pain before deciding she needed another speculum and left me in the room alone with barely a word (in which I couldn’t understand due to mumbling). She couldn’t get the mirena out on the first tug and barely got it out with the second. It was an absolutely horrible experience and just as painful as the insertion. I told her I was feeling faint and needed to lie down where she did the bare minimal of confirming I can lie down but ultimately I didn’t even feel comfortable enough lying down or staying. Next time I will pay more attention to the negative reviews and ladies opt in for the sedation if you can, don’t listen or believe them when they say it’s quick and easy. Proof enough in the medical industry that women’s symptoms and pains are ignored and minimized, and disappointed a female clinic is playing that same role.”

“Had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Zac Turner, but it turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. The appointment was changed to a phone consult at 12pm and led to no contact from Zac at the scheduled time. I called the receptionists numerous time and they were unhelpful and hanging up the phone while I was talking. Meanwhile, Zac's Instagram story showed he was enjoying his glamours influencer life on a boat in Sydney while I was waiting like a idiot for his call. Receptionists covered him up claiming my phone rejected calls from his private number, which ironically I received a private number call on the same day from another place. Zac called at 4:20 pm during less than 2min. I decided to book another doctor for more respect and efficiency with my issue. I sent an email to the clinic manager explaining all this situation and just got a random excuse saying the doctor is a contractor and work independently from them. I also ask about this sign in the clinic saying if patients doesn't show up for appointments they have to pay a $30 fee, so what is my compensation when the doctor doesn't show up? Of course, this was not answered by the manager. Unfortunately, seeking another practice due to this experience.”

“To the Practice Manager, I rarely complain & have never walked out of a medical practice. I am so sorry I indicated (currently) I am a retired RN. My most recent experience 12 years as Senior Practice RN in a 9 GP situation. I am fully aware of appointments & emergencies as we were a “lights & sirens “ Emergency facility close to Industrial/ & Australia Zoo. I don’t have issues waiting & many times have waited 1.5 to 2.5 hrs for a Renal Physician’s appointment. I am in a Private fund so was not expecting any favours. What’s my point? Your administration staff are polite, & respectful. My issue was the doctor called out another name and when I was told she was running late; the next excuse was she would still be a minute “writing up the previous patient’s notes!!” I, too had another appointment and couldn’t afford to miss it. That appointment involved paying someone for services rendered @ 1130hrs . You are able to check my appointment time and departure time. I do look forward to visiting Rozelle again as my family live here. I won’t be attending your practice; hopefully I won’t have the need so far from my regular practice. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day today to read this & please be reassured I only wish to provide an educated judgement. BLP”

“My regular GP (Dr Ezra Malouf, who's fantastic + holistic) moved here a few years ago and I'm so glad. It's obvious the work culture here is very good and the staff are happy. The service by all staff is always impeccable as are all their policies and procedures. And trust me, I've been to some shocking clinics (Bondi Junction 7 Day Medical Centre) that won't even release results without booking you in for a consult (charging you). And I'm quite happy to pay the gap fee. Prices are acceptable in today's market and they have seniors' discounts which is great for the elderly. Save yourself time and money, I won't be going anywhere else for great service and treatment all round.”

The medical advice they have given me has always been good (as far as i know) and I always got the care I needed. The past several years, my family and I have been going to Dr Payne and she has been amazing. She is always friendly and attentive to your concerns. The only issue I have is that everyone in Cardiff seems to know how good it is and it is sometimes hard to get an appointment when needed quickly and I have to go somewhere else. Apart from that, Cardiff Med Centre is still my main centre for my health issues/needs/queries.”

“If I could I wouldn’t even rate any stars to this business. Being a person who struggles with anemia and needed an urgent iron infusion. I had called reception earlier this year to schedule an iron infusion, and after they collect all my details I managed to book an appointment only in a months time after my call was made as it was the only spot available. I asked the receptionist several times if my appointment was booked and she confirmed it several times. The day before my appointment I called the clinic again to confirm my appointment and another receptionist tells me that they had none of my details, and no appointment was made for me. I explain my situation and ask them if they were still able to fit me in for an iron infusion the next day just like the previous receptionist should have done and they said that they could not help me even after I told them that I urgently needed an iron infusion. I was extremely upset and requested to talk with their supervisor or manager. Only after I asked to do that they then claim that there is an open spot for my iron infusion the next day. They were very hesitant to give me the name and email of their supervisor after I said I wanted to report this incident. I ended up calling The Infusion Clinic in Liverpool and they were so amazing, after I mentioned my anemia they managed to booking me in for an iron infusion the very next day.”
