Also they move very fast. I never had to wait like most places you’re just sitting for long periods of time waiting to be seen. Nope not at SJRA. Once you’re signed in you’ll be called right to the back to start your procedure. This place was unbelievable for the services they give. The facility was clean, quiet, & most of all everyone was doing their job. Nobody was lobbying around gossiping while you’re waiting to be seen it wasn’t that at all. It was straight up business from the time you walked in. & as a patient that’s what you want, to get in & out. So I highly recommend SJRA to anyone…”

“We decided to come here for a family breakfast after a hard weekend. When we entered the staff were all super friendly and included a high chair for our 10 month old. They also provided a coloring sheet and crayons for him to play with. We began with her getting the campfire coffee and I got the blended smoothie plus avocado toast to share. The smoothie was a great blend of fresh fruits where no one fruit overtook the others. The toast was a nice thick piece of toast with avocado and slices of tomatoes with seasonings on it. I ordered the shrimp omelet with mushrooms. What I did not expect was the shrimp to be cocktail shrimp sized. They were large, juicy, and very very fresh. They were worked into the omelet perfectly where the cheese and other meats melted together. The waiter was extremely friendly making sure we and our son were all good on a consistent basis. The only complaint I would have is the men's bathroom had 1 stall and 1 urinal. During a slow period this won't be too much of an issue but I could see it becoming a problem during a rush. That and there was no paper towels only the air dryer. I know this is for environmental reasons but just wanted to state this. Overall it was a fantastic time and food was amazing. I would definitely come back here again.”

“This review is long overdue. Besides the sometimes long waits my personal experience was pretty good. A couple of bumps from staff but from my knowledge are no longer there. Everyone else was lovely. Although I didn’t get to meet Dr. Pemberton until the end of my pregnancy, she answered all my questions and make me feel comfortable. I was planning a birth center delivery but I ended up being two weeks overdue so I had to deliver at Mountainside. After a long induction process Dr. P came in and reassured me that everything was fine. My husband and I were worried about baby’s heart rate so we wanted to have a c section. Dr. P made us relax and spoke to us with such calmness and confidence. We ended up having an amazing vaginal birth and I’m so glad she was there for it. Thank GOD for her!!”

In a fast-paced world with high patient demands, Dr. Caruso always takes his time to listen to my concerns, is calm and caring, and takes into consideration and addresses all of my concerns, no matter how big or small. He is brilliant, and I trust my health to him. I was terrified of having spine surgery. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, provided realistic, medically sound reassurance, and supported me through the surgical and post-op recovery process. He addressed my concerns about pain and never made me feel like my concerns were not valid. He responded promptly to any issues I had. He also treated my son for a sports-related injury, and we had another fantastic experience with his kindness, guidance, concern, and thorough follow-through. I can not say in an email how much I appreciate all Dr. Caurso has done for me and my son. He is the best surgeon I have encountered and his medical team is also amazing. His staff answer calls quickly and kindly. I am glad I found him and his team. I will soon return to my love of horseback riding and working my farm. It is a miracle and I am so happy to return to the things I love.”
