“Outstanding!! The journey From Exam, Consult and on to Surgery was a very pleasant experience. More precisely though, the strong customer service is evident everywhere in the clinic hallways and rooms. Smiles everywhere!! Include the compassionate and technical support with this experience and I wanted to be there!! Thank you as well for the wonderful surgical team! that was given to me for my surgery. “Took my daughter in because I was concerned about an infection before the holiday. Nurse took my daughter’s weight but did no vitals. No temp check. Nurse was in and out quickly Seemed ok? Nurse practitioner dismissed my concerns and again no temp check or vitals taken. She looked at daughter’s ears, nose, mouth, and listened to her chest and back. Suggested allergies. Flonase and Zyrtec. Nice but again in and out quickly. Made me feel like just a number. My daughter got a fever that same day. My daughter is WAY worse now! I’m taking her to Seattle Children’s Urgent Care tonight. Easier to schedule, they check all vitals, actually care, and urgent care is cheaper than Allegro. Would NEVER recommend Allegro Pediatrics.”

“We first went to Float for my birthday. I'd always wanted to try sensory deprivation. The staff are lovely and the place is immaculate. Absolutely a wonderful experience. We've also come back and done the IR sauna/float combo, which is a fantastic way to experience relaxation and meditation!”

My problem is finding the motivation to schedule an appointment. And after my visit I am thankful that I did schedule an appointment. “The facilities knowledge is poor, you ask “trained” professionals for simple and accurate information and given false information. For them to have financial gain. Very unprofessional and unimpressed. When expressing my frustration, I was spoken very rudely to by Lori with billing. Would have taken my child somewhere else if I wasn’t told they would take my ins and in the end don’t. They want your money and don’t care about how they get it even if that means lying straight to patients face. With times are as tough as they are they have no gull to be honest. Beware.”
