“The staff could not have been nicer. I was unsure of the process since this was my first time at this facility. It was different in that I went to the facility for testing but did not visit with a doctor until a couple of hours later by Zoom. I was told I would get a text 15 minutes before my zoom. Instead it was instantaneous and I’m glad I was paying attention. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Now that I know the process, it will be easier next time. :)”

“Everyone were very polite and professional. The girl that did some testing made me feel like she knew what she was doing then when the doc came inhe found a problem. Outside of strengthening my prescription I am doing a follow up appointment to check degenerating. He was very thorough. Then the girl that helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful and knowledgeable on the best pair of glasses for me. If you want a good examination and glasses I highly recommend family eye med.”

“The doctor and staff were great, but the billing department told me that my elective surgery was going to be covered 100% and not subject to any deductible or copay. I asked them several times to confirm. About a week after surgery I get several bills totaling nearly two thousand dollars. Months of calling was to no avail, they just keep passing the blame. The frustrating part is that a very similar alternative of the surgery they chose to do actually would have been covered. Like I said, it was a great experience overall (aside from billing), but I can’t simply overlook a two thousand dollar mistake on their end.”

But Dr Rafieetary was beyond my expectations, he was thorough his confidence and nice approach make you feel comfortable to ask any questions and he answers them very clearly. “From the minute we walked in the door with new mom and her five day old, we were greeted with smiles and helpful information. Checking in was painless. The pediatric nurses were informative and kept us informed each step of the way. Dr. Wakefield, the pediatrician, was amazing. He was very informative and willing to listen to all of mom's questions and concerns. I had no idea that any doctor would spend that much time and care with a patient of any kind. It was a very positive experience and I feel that our baby was getting the very best possible care!”

“For this doctor office to be up scale, this is the most horrible office I have ever seen. They want sit down and talk to you about your result. They are always in a rush and want explain anything to you. My spouse was suppose to be schedule for a CT and she has not heard from them and it has been two months. Call and ask them about the CT and they stated that the referral was sent. After I called Methodist about the CT referral they tell me that they do not have a referral. I would never refer anyone to this office. It’s very sad that you go to the doctor for answers and you come out confused. Dr. Bowden need to evaluate his staff.”
