“Went here following my previous obgyn. Saw Dr. Pepper, since I had to reschedule due to starting my cycle. Dr. Pepper was great. The 3 stars is for front desk not knowing where the office is located on Limestone within the giant parking lot among many other businesses well enough to help direct anyone who’s never been there. It is located directly next to the closed down Morelias. The girl kept saying across the street from Chilis and 5 Below. They have a sign on the building that faces away from where you’d see it driving in from Limestone, and no storefront label on the doors or the sides of the building that is viable. I could not see what building I was entering at eye level. I left 45 minutes early to get there on time. I was still on time, but almost in tears on arrival thinking I’d have to reschedule or cancel because of the confusing directions and the entrance door not having the practice name written on it. I am unsure if I will return. Dr. Pepper was great. The check in girl was a bit sassy when I said I couldn’t find it and was not very friendly or welcoming. I’m not a trouble patient either. Just was was not a great experience for being a new patient. Signage needs to be better marked so folks can find it. And front end staff need to better describe where they are.”

“Blonde older nurse is very, very rude. Was made to come here for a pre-employment TB test. Got here at 4:15. It is now 530. I am sitting in a room alone with no estimate to when this will be done. I will be charged for late daycare pick up as they have now caused me to miss the pick-up time. I got scolded for being in the hallways trying to figure out when someone might be with me. They are not currently busy. There are maybe 3 other people here. Would not recommend. Nurse literally made me cry. Maybe someday I'll be able to leave and go home.”

After going to many primary doctors not getting a proper diagnosis, I started seeing Dr. Tucker my senior year of college. I am super relieved and blessed as he and his nurses were super efficient, patient, and wanted to find the best solution to my problem. I am very grateful for them! “I was very lucky, that Dr. Ryan Young was on duty the day my right eye's retina tore, which was a very scary experience! He waited extra late for us to arrive, and after a thorough exam, he took immediate action. I was taken to a very dark room, where Dr. Young used an impressive green laser light, strapped to his forehead, and then in under 5 minutes repaired the two bad tears! His quick and professional action put me and my husband instantly at easy. He is a wonderful and accomplished ophthalmologist, and absolute Luminary in his field! We were extremely lucky to meet him, and to have him as my doctor. Stay cool Dr. Young, and thank you again from the bottom of my heart!”

“We drove 20 minutes to go to this specific urgent care because we have had such amazing experiences in the past. We walked in at 6:45pm and there was one person in the waiting room. We stood at the counter and waited for someone to greet us. Finally a woman slid the door open and rudely stated that they were not taking anymore patients for the evening. There waited time had exceeded our closing time. They close at 8pm so I was completely shocked by this answer. There was no remorse or concern for us just rudeness. This is unacceptable and I won’t be back.”

“Dr. Meyer is a fantastic doctor. Great bedside manner. Just be prepared to be nickel and dimed. Every time I go in, there’s a fee for something that I wasn’t told about. Every. Single. Time. And the fee is non-negotiable, no matter what it is. For those of us that budget tightly, it makes it a struggle, and they always say they’ll train their staff better. They never do. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Dr Meyer, I would’ve found a new eye doctor just from the fees and non-personable staff. Still considering it after the new undisclosed fee today. Charged us a fee to teach my son how to put his contacts in. But the “class” is “required by law.” I’ve never even heard charging a fee for that, and I’ve worn contacts for over 25 years.”
