“I had an appointment with Dr Merritt. He was absolutely amazing. I got checked in, his nurse came asked some questions (by the way she was super sweet) she brought me right to Xray then I went back to the room. Dr Merritt came in asked a bunch more questions. He was so caring and got to the bottom of my issues in 1 visit. I thought I would have to come back several times but no! I walked in in so much pain and walked out like i got a new pair of hips!!!!!!! I can’t thank Dr enough and I appreciate the staff so much for being so caring and helpful. I called my mom right away and let her know I found a fantastic Dr who actually cares. She will be on the phone tomorrow making an appointment. From the front desk to Dr I give a million stars”

“I found Grace when I was looking for a new doctor for my elderly mother last year. After bringing her both my husband and I starting coming here. Everyone is very kind and patient. We have seen Dr. Buffalo and the nurse practitioners and have been pleased with everyone! I can't say enough about how pleased we were to find a doctor's office that treats you well and is so caring. “We had a great time. Booked a 5 group, all 1st timers, and started with the Salt room. SO relaxing. From there we went to a room where we had some lemon/lime refreshing water and made our own Himalayan body scrub. Our hosts topped it off with a glass of wine to our liking. Next was lunch. Delicious and hit the spot. Our Hosts were amazing. Thank u for having us. Patsy, DeeDee, Liz and Heidi. We will be back. Breathing better already.”

“Never answer their phones. Called all 3 locations over 40 times total trying to get test results that they were supposed to have yesterday but didn't. Waited over an hour. Staff said they emailed record people. I asked if they could call record people. She says no. So ui Googled and called and talked myself with record people. Left after 1 hour more of waiting. Doctor or staff were supposed to call with results. Never did saying we never got them. So I spent the muting calling all 3 locations trying to get an answer no exaggeration 30 phone calls later still no answer. So went by and explained my situation and still no results in. I asked about the calling situation and they looked confused. I called while standing there and the phone rings. I exclaimed "OMG the phone are wiring! " a nurse there and a patient in the waiting room says to me this happens all the time. I will be addressing this with Doctors and office manager today!”
