“My initial visit went very well with the exception of having to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment (not a big deal, it was busy) The staff I encountered during my visit were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed to be rushed and didn’t make me feel relaxed, especially on my first visit (seemed preoccupied or indifferent) No problem, everyone has bad days. The young woman (Sam) was excellent in asking me questions and providing my treatment. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and valued as her patient.”

“Dr. Anita Tieu is amazing! She provided me with all the information that I needed to know for my eyes. How healthy my eye is and how I can take good care of it. She didn't try to upsell me anything. Front desks are very helpful as well and knowledgeable. I like how they tell you the prices for the lenses and frames. You have the choice of buying from them or going to other places. My son will have his appointment here soon. I am glad I tried them. No regret switching.”

Earlier time I was on Chemotherapy. I stopped the treatment cause I was getting Nauseated. But now I'm taking Chemo Pills. Way better than being hooked up on Wire's.”
