“I’m giving it 2 stars as my first visit was great. Staff was kind. Dr. assured me that the treatment plan was the most conservative with many more options if that didn’t work and to come back in one month. A week later my eye pain was still intolerable. I left a message for Dr Jose. Receptionist was great. The man who returned my call was horrifically condescending and told me that I didn't have pain and tried to define pain for me. He was also suspect that I was using my drops. (My disease is known for being very, very painful.). I asked this man to ask Dr Jose about what I could do to reduce the pain while waiting to see if his treatment plan would work. The man returned my call and said that Dr Jose could do nothing more for me. Strange since a week prior he promised me that there were so many things he could help with. I will tell my eye Dr who referred me to rethink his future referrals (to be fair he recommended a different Dr., but since that Dr. was out on vacation and my pain was horrid, I took what Dr. was available in the practice).”

“I recently went to Suburban Medical for my yearly check-up. I switched to Dr. Patel as my main doctor, and boy, am I glad I did! The whole team there is super nice and helpful. Dr. Patel really took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. He checked me over really well and made sure I understood everything about my health. The staff there were all really friendly and made me feel comfortable. I totally recommend Dr. Patel and Suburban Medical to anyone looking for a great doctor. They're awesome!”

“Trying to switch clinics because of how awful this practice is and they won’t send my records to my new place. Oh this has been going on since OCTOBER btw. Do not go here. It’s the biggest headache you’ll experience. Update : Their staff was completely unhelpful, transferred my phone call to a completely different department when I was supposed to be transferred to the supervisor, upon calling back the supervisor “wasn’t in office” anymore (note this was 5min later) and now they’re not calling me back. Still going on 01/03. AVOID AVOID AVOID”
