Dr. Khatkur is very thorough, she makes sure that her patients are well looked after. Dr Khatkur made sure that she that took her time to explain and answer any questions that I had which is very important because I feel in today’s world with our health care system everything is always rushed. “another great discovery on Queen East! To my surprise the frames are very affordable (I always assumed otherwise considering somehow boutique-y character of the place)! you can get prescription glasses for $125 (with UV and antiglare coating) - tax included, and the second pare for only $75. I love that there are so many choices of colours, and some of them are extremely vibrant and funky - but there are also many subdued tones for more conservative folks. the simplicity is a key - there is only one type of frame (in different sizes) - but there are so many colour choices! you can mix and match (if you want to have eye rims in different shade than the temples). glasses are assembled in minutes - so you don't have to come the second time to pick up your order. you can also get readers there and sunglasses there. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, you'll get all your questions answered. I highly recommend. got my first pair there, and so far I love it and I am thinking about getting the second!”

Yesterdays appointment was a great example when the nose supports on my glasses needed replacement and ( adjustment /tightening ) This service was completed on my way out ( at no charge) and was something I was not even aware before hand that it was something I should have asked for. Easy/Peasy . They have always looked after my needs and the kind of service they provide is why I always recommend them to my friends.”

“The doctor here is amazing. They are a very busy clinic so arrive early (wait in line before they open) and expect to be patient since there is only one doctor on staff, but the wait is worth it. This doctor is an absolute gem. Kind, listens to your concerns and is great at suggesting different solutions too not just trying to push medication on people. If I could give more stars I would. Dr. K and his team are the bomb.”

This month, I purchased a new pair of glasses from Wink Eyecare since my prescription changed. Rachael was more than accomodating to my numerous questions and requests. She provided excellent insights on frame styles and progressive lense variances and types. Her follow through on measurements, timing and communication was perfect.
